These general terms and conditions (GTC) govern all relations between Foot Factory and its customers. By placing an order on our site, you accept without reservation the conditions below. Please read them carefully.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale of the products offered on the Foot Factory website. They apply to all orders placed by private or professional customers via the site.
2. Products
The items offered for sale are those visible on the site and are made-to-order.
Each product has its own detailed description.
Illustrations: Visuals and photos are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
3. Controls
All orders placed on the Foot Factory website imply acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. After validation of the order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, particularly in the event of payment problems or product availability.
4. Price
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and exclude delivery charges. Foot Factory reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered.
5. Payment
Payment for products can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) or by any other means offered on the site. Payment is secured by encryption systems. Foot Factory has no access to your credit card information and does not store any sensitive data.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided when you placed your order. Delivery times vary according to the delivery method chosen and the destination. Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery address. Foot Factory undertakes to process orders as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for any delays due to carriers.
7. Return and exchange
As our products are made to order or customized, no returns or refunds are possible except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
All complaints must be reported via the

within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel, with supporting photo.
8. Warranty
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund, subject to product availability. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from misuse or normal wear and tear.
9. Liability
Foot Factory cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of products purchased on our site, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on our part. We endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors on the site.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Foot Factory site, including text, images, logos and graphics, are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Any reproduction or representation, even partial, without prior authorization, is prohibited.
11. Personal data
The information collected at the time of your order is necessary to process it. It is used in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data by contacting us directly.
12. Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.Any dispute will be submitted the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
