Return and Refund Policy

At Foot Factory, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process, in accordance with current legislation.

1. Return conditions

You can return your items within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.

2. Return procedure

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer service: Send us a message via our contact form with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Receive a return slip: After checking your request, we’ll send you the necessary instructions for returning the item.
  3. Returning items: Wrap items carefully and send them to the address indicated in the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.

3. Refund

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note that :

  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the returned item is defective or incorrect.
  • If you have used a promotional code or coupon, the refund will be made on the value of the purchase after the discount has been applied.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at info@foot-factory.com. We will provide you with a free return and proceed with an exchange or full refund, whichever you prefer.

5. Exceptions

Certain products are excluded from our return and refund policy, including :

  • Personalized items (such as soccer shirts with a personalized name or number).
  • Sealed or intact products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
